Doing Good Together

Welcome to the eBay Giving Works Blog!

The eBay Giving Works blog is a new platform where you can discover tips and tricks on how to leverage eBay to raise unrestricted funds for the causes you care about!

By following our blog, you’ll stay up to date on fundraising trends, celebrity campaigns on eBay and how donations through eBay are making an impact for nonprofits.

Did you know you could use teddy bears to raise money? Visit our Fundraising Ideas page to read all about the latest trends in fundraising and gather some useful tips for planning your next charity event.

And while eBay Giving Works might not come to mind as the source for celebrity gossip, we’re in the know when it comes to their charity work. You might be surprised by how many celebs have partnered with us to raise money for their favorite causes, like Lady Gaga, Warren Buffet and, most recently, the star athletes of the ESPYS!

We have many more celebrity campaigns in the works, so stay tuned.

Last but certainly not least, we’ll be sharing lots of stories from our nonprofit partners about the incredible impact of donations made through eBay. Read what our friends at Smile Train have to say about how the money they raised in one week funded cleft surgeries for more than 300 children.

If you have a story to share about buying, selling or supporting a nonprofit on eBay, please let us know and you could be featured on the blog!

www.zombieleader.com was an eBay Giving Works Month of May top giver. We presented our $500 charitable contribution to the Autism Society of North Carolina via Addy Miller of The Walking Dead at Walker Stalker Boston. Good Deeds One Bite at a Time!

Can anyone tell me how to change slightly the name of our nonprofit in Giving Works? No other information needs changing. Thanks.
